The Packers routed New Orleans 38-10 in
their preseason finale on Thursday night at Lambeau Field.  Rookie Brett Hundley threw for 236  yards and 4 TDs.  A pair of those touchdowns went to Myles
White.  The team must cut down to 53
players by 3pm on Saturday.  The Packers
open their regular season on Sunday, September 13th in Chicago against the Bears.

 

A federal judge overturned a
4 game suspension the NFL dished out to Patriots QB Tom Brady for his role in
the “deflate-gate” scandal.  Brady will
be able to play next Thursday night against Pittsburgh in the regular season opener.

 

The Badgers are getting ready
for their season opener with Alabama on
Saturday night in North Texas.  You’ll hear it on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ.  Coverage begins at 5pm with the kickoff set
for 7pm.

on Thursday
night.  Domingo Santana homered as Taylor
Jungmann picked up the win.  The Crew
opens up a three game weekend series with the Reds in Cincinnati tonight.
