The Packers lost the game but not the season on Sunday as
the Pittsburgh Steelers come to Lambeau and pick up a 38-31 victory.  The Packers nearly pulled off another
historic comeback.  After rallying to tie
the game at 31 when trailing by 10 points, Matt Flynn fumbled set up a Le’Veon
Bell go-ahead score.  Green Bay drove down to the one but a false
start pushed them back to the six and the clock ran out after running just one
play.  Eddie Lacy ran for 84 yards and
two TDs before leaving with an ankle injury. 
Lacy passed John Brockington to set to rookie record for most yards
rushing in a season.  The Packers also
lost Clay Matthews as he re-injured his broken thumb.  With all the bad news of losing Green Bay got big time help from Philadelphia
The Eagles hammered the Bears 54-11 setting up a winner take all matchup
at Soldier Field next Sunday for the NFC North. 
The Packers are 7-7-1 while the Bears are 8-7.  That game will kickoff at 3:25pm on KFIZ. 


The Eagles will play in another winner take all matchup in Dallas next Sunday
against the Cowboys.  Dallas
rallied for a 24-23 win over Washington.
  The NFL has flexed that game to Sunday
night football with the NFC East on the line. 
The Denver Broncos clinched the AFC West with a 37-13 win over Houston.  New England rallied to clinch the AFC East
with a 41-7 win over Baltimore.
The Bengals clinched the AFC North with 42-14 win over the Vikings.  Carolina beat New Orleans 17-13 to move
into the #2 seed in the NFC.  The
Seahawks lost at home to Arizona
17-10 but still hold the #1 seed in the NFC. 
was officially knocked out of the playoffs with a 23-20 overtime loss to the
New York Giants. The Colts still have a chance to get a first round bye in the
AFC with a 23-7 win over Kansas City.
Miami’s playoff hopes to a big blow being
shutout by Buffalo
19-0.  In other NFL action, St. Louis beat Tampa
23-13. The Jets beat
the Browns 24-13.  Tennessee
nipped Jacksonville 20-16 and San
beat Oakland
26-13.  The final Monday Night Game of
the season is tonight as San Francisco hosts Atlanta in the final regular season game at Candlestick Park


The Bucks are on the road tonight in Charlotte to take on the Bobcats.  Coverage begins at 5:40pm on KFIZ.
