The Badger
men’s basketball team won for the 4th time in a row with a 63-55 win
at Illinois.  Nigel Hayes led the way with 17.  The Badgers will host Ohio State
on Thursday night.  Talk Badger

Russell
Wilson threw 3 TDs as Team Irvin stopped Team Rice 49-27.   Packer
fullback John Kuhn caught 3 passes for Team Rice.  Packers’ linebacker Clay Matthews had 6
tackles and Julius Peppers 1 for Team Rice.   Packers guard Josh Sitton also played in the
game.

Reports says
that Detroit All-Pro wide receiver Calvin Johnson may retire.  He was the 2nd overall pick in the
2007 draft.

 

The Pacific
beat the Atlantic Division 1-0 in the final of a revamped All-Star Game for the
NHL. 

 

The Brewers
traded shortstop Jean Segura and minor league pitcher Tyler Wagner to Arizona over the weekend
for righty Chase Anderson, infielder Aaron Hill and a minor leaguer.  The Brewers held their annual On Deck event
on Sunday.
