The Badger
men’s basketball team won for the 4^th time in a row with a 63-55 win
at Illinois.  Nigel Hayes led the way with 17.  The Badgers will host Ohio State
on Thursday night.  Talk Badger
basketball tonight at 7pm with The Greg Gard Show on KFIZ.

 

Russell
Wilson threw 3 TDs as Team Irvin stopped Team Rice 49-27.   Packer
fullback John Kuhn caught 3 passes for Team Rice.  Packers’ linebacker Clay Matthews had 6
tackles and Julius Peppers 1 for Team Rice.   Packers guard Josh Sitton also played in the
game.

 

This Sunday
is Super Bowl 50 as Denver takes on Carolina in the San
Francisco Bay
area.   You’ll hear it on KFIZ.

 

Reports says
that Detroit All-Pro wide receiver Calvin Johnson may retire.  He was the 2^nd overall pick in the
2007 draft.

 

The Pacific
beat the Atlantic Division 1-0 in the final of a revamped All-Star Game for the
NHL. 

 

The Brewers
traded shortstop Jean Segura and minor league pitcher Tyler Wagner to Arizona over the weekend
for righty Chase Anderson, infielder Aaron Hill and a minor leaguer.  The Brewers held their annual On Deck event
on Sunday.
