The Brewers completed the three game sweep of the Pittsburgh
Pirates with a 6-1 win at Miller
Park
on Sunday
afternoon.  On Khris Davis Bobblehead
Day, the left fielder doubled home a pair of runs in the 7th to give
Milwaukee the
lead.  The Crew then added four more in
the 8th to put the game away. 
Taylor Jungmann improved to 5-1 with the win.  Milwaukee
opens a two game set with the Indians on Tuesday night.

 

More than 22,000 fans showed up at Madison’s Camp Randall Stadium for the Brett
Favre Celebrity Flag Football Game.

 

Kyle Busch won the NASCAR Sprint Cup Race at New Hampshire on
Sunday.  Brad Keselowski was 2nd.  Matt Kenseth was 6th.

 

Louis Oosthuizen, Jason Day and Paul Dunne share the 3rd
round lead at The British Open at St. Andrews.  Jordan Spieth is one shot back at -11.  The final round is being played today.

 

Marian University announced the resignation of its men’s
hockey coach, A.J. Aitken, following his acceptance of a position on the staff
at St. Norbert
College
. In three seasons at the helm,
Aitken sported a 39-37-4 record.
