After three practices the Packers will take the day off today.  The team put on pads for the first time on Sunday and things got a little chippy as players got into minor scuffles. The Packers Family Night Scrimmage is set for Saturday night at Lambeau. 


Jennings Told No More Rodgers Talk

ESPN is reporting that Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier has told wide receiver Greg Jennings to stop making critical statements about Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.  The former Packer WR has constantly been throwing barbs at Rodgers in the media since he signed with Minnesota.  Frazier says he wants his players to concentrate on their own business.


Brewers Fall Again

Colorado scored a pair of runs off of John Axford in the 8th to steal a 6-5 win over the Brewers on Sunday afternoon.  Nori Aoki and Yuni Betancourt homered in the loss for Milwaukee.  The Brewers open a three game series with the Cubs tonight at Wrigley Field.  Kyle Lohse takes on Jeff Samardzija.  Coverage begins at 6:30pm on KFIZ.


Bucks Get Neal

The Milwaukee Bucks have signed sharp-shooter Gary Neal to a two-year deal.  Neal averaged 9.5 points last season for San Antonio and played a key role in the Spurs run to the NBA Finals.


Brickyard 400

Ryan Newman won the Brickyard 400 on Sunday at Indianapolis.  Jimmie Johnson was 2nd.  Matt Kenseth finished 5th.


PGA Tour

Brandt Snedeker won the Canadian Open by three shots on Sunday.  Hunter Mahan, the 2nd round leader withdrew from the event when his wife went into labor so he could return to Texas to see his daughter be born.


USA Soccer
The United States won the Gold Cup in men’s soccer with a 1-0 win over Panama in Chicago on Sunday.
