The WIAA State Golf Meet gets
going at University Ridge in the Madison
area today.  St.
Mary’s Springs has there complete team competing for the Division Three State
Championship.  WLA’s Chris Colla
qualified for the Division Two as an individual to defend his state
championship.   Campbellsport’s Jack
Adams is also in the D2 field.


At the WIAA State Track and
Field Meet over the weekend, the St. Mary’s Springs girls finished 2nd
in the D3 Meet.  The Ledgers Sam Spranger
won the D3 State Championship in the 100. 
Fond du Lac’s
Peter Andrew was 7th in the shot and 13th in the Discus.

doubles team of Matt Riley and Keenan Salah finished 3rd
at the WIAA Division One
meet in Division
One Doubles.


LeBron James had a
triple-double as Cleveland evened the NBA Finals
at 1-1 with a 95-93 win over Golden State in Oakland.  Playing without Kyrie Irving, James scored 39
points, pulled down 16 rebounds and dished off 11 assists.  Klay Thompson had 34 for the Warriors  Steph Curry had 19 on just 5-23
shooting.  Game 3 of the series is
Tuesday night in Cleveland.


The NHL’s Stanley Cup Finals
continue tonight as Chicago hosts Tampa Bay
in Game 3.  That series is tied at 1-1.


The Minnesota Twins avoided
the sweep on Sunday by beating the Brewers 2-0.   The Brewers had a runner on base in every
inning, but couldn’t score a run.  The
Crew opens up a three game series against the Pirates tonight.  Coverage begins at 5:30pm on KFIZ.  Jimmy Nelson takes on AJ Burnett.

Rose on the 3rd playoff hole to win the Memorial on the PGA Tour.  It’s Lingmerth’s 1st career tour


Martin Truex, Junior won the
NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Pocono on Sunday. 
Kevin Harvick was 2nd and Jimmie Johnson 3rd.   Matt Kenseth was 6th and Paul
Menard was 31st.
