The Packers grinded out a 24-21 win at Minnesota to grab sole possession of 1st
place in the NFC North.  Eddie Lacy ran
for 125 yards and a touchdown.  He also
caught a TD from Aaron Rodgers.  The win
improves the Packers to 8-3 on the season.
That’s one game better than Detroit who
was blown out by New England 34-9.  The Bears were also winners on Sunday,
rallying by Tampa
Bay
21-13.  Talk Packers football tonight on KFIZ from
6pm to 7pm during In The Huddle with Packers TJ Lange and David Bakhtiari.

Sunday Night Football last night saw the Cowboys beat the
New York Giants 31-28.

The NFL week wraps up tonight with a pair of games on Monday
Night Football.  The Saints host the
Raven.  You’ll hear that game on KFIZ
with coverage beginning at 7pm.  The Bills
also play the Jets tonight in a game that postponed and moved to Detroit because of the heavy snow in the Buffalo area.

The top to two teams share the #1 spot in this week’s
college football polls.  Florida State
is #1 in the AP poll followed by Alabama, Oregon and Mississippi
State
.  The top two teams are reversed in the Coaches
Poll.   The Badgers are #14 in both
polls.  Wisconsin
hosts Minnesota on Saturday at Camp Randall.  Paul Bunyan’s ax and the Big Ten West
championship is on the line.  The kickoff
is set for 2:30pm on KFIZ.

The UW-Green Bay men’s basketball team is in Florida the next three days for the Gulf
Coast Showcase.  They will face East Carolina this morning at 11am.
