The Packers and Chiefs will go at it tonight on Monday Night
Football at Lambeau Field.  Green
Bay
is 2-0 while the Chiefs are 1-1.  The Packers will be
without safety Morgan Burnett who is nursing a calf injury.  Eddie Lacy
and Davante Adams are listed as probable for tonight’s game.  Coverage
begins at 5pm with the kickoff set for 7:30pm on KFIZ.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have lost QB Ben Roethlisberger for 4 to 6
weeks.  The veteran quarterback hurt his
knee in a 12-6 win over the Rams on Sunday.

 

The Badger football team moved up to #18 in the Coaches Poll and
#19 in the Associated Press Poll after a 28-0 win over Hawaii on Saturday night.  Wisconsin
opens up the Big Ten season on Saturday morning when they host Iowa at Camp
Randall
.

 

The Brewers rallied for 7 runs in the top of the 9th to pick up an 8-4 win in St.
Louis
 on
Sunday afternoon.  Jason Rogers hit a grand slam and Khris Davis a
three-run shot in the big inning.  Davisalso
hit a solo shot in the 2nd.   Milwaukee had been 0-85 this season
when trailing heading to the 9th.  The Brewers open up a three
game series in San Diego on Tuesday night. 
  

 

The Brewers also announced that they were shutting down all-star
Ryan Braun for the rest of the season as he battles back issues. 

 

Today is media day for the Milwaukee Bucks.  They will open training camp in Madison on Tuesday.  There first preseason game is Tuesday,
October 6th against Chicago.

 

In a fitting end to the PGA Tour season Jordan Spieth won the Tour
Championship in Atlanta
Spieth’s 1-under par 69 gave him a four shot lead over Danny Lee and a $10
million dollar pay day.
