Wily Peralta threw seven scoreless innings as the Brewers
beat the Phillies 3-1 on Friday night at Miller Park.  K-Rod gave up a run in the 9^th but
still managed his 27^th save. 
The series continues tonight.

Jason Day and Matt Jones share the lead at the PGA
Championship at Whistling Straits.  Both
golfers are at -9 and were still on the course when play was halted because of
weather on Friday night.  They will
complete round 2 on Saturday morning then move on to round 3. 

 

The Packers get back on the practice field on Saturday.  They will practice at 12:45pm.  Green Bay will
travel to Pittsburgh
on Sunday, August 23^rd for a noon kickoff.
