The Brewers were hammered by San Francisco 13-2 on Friday night.  Wily Peralta gave up six runs and three
innings and then Marco Estrada was hit for seven runs in 2 innings of work.  Buster Posey went 5×5 with 3 RBI for the
Giants.  The series continues
tonight.  St. Louis was beaten by the Cubs 7-2 so their
Crew’s lead in the NL Central is still 1.5 games.  The Pirates are now just 3 back after a 2-1
win over the Reds.

 

The Badgers open up the 2014 season tonight in Houston against LSU.  Coverage begins at 5pm with The Gary Andersen
Show.  The broadcast schedule starts at
6pm with the kickoff at 8pm on KFIZ.

 

The Packers and the rest of the NFL must get their rosters
down to 53 players by 3pm today.  Green Bay opens the regular season on Thursday in Seattle.  You’ll hear it on KFIZ.
