–A two run home run in the 3rd inning from Brandon Phillips proved to be the difference in the game as the Brewers fell in game two of their weekend series in Atlanta. Keon Broxton went 2 for 4 and Orlando Arica doubled in the loss for the Brewers. The final game of the series is this afternoon, coverage begins at 12-Noon on KFIZ.

–Ryan Braun homered and Jonathan Villar went 3 for 4 with 3 RBI as the Rattlers snapped a 12 game losing skid in front of 6,288 fans at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium.

 

Golf: Paul Broadhurst maintains a two-stroke lead heading into the final day of the Champions Tour American Family Insurance Open at University Ridge in Madison. Broadhurst shot a 3-under par 69 on Saturday, Lee Janzen and Scott Verplank were tied for second with a 66. Steve Stricker shot a 69 to be at nine under par for the tournament.

 

Jordan Speith remains in the lead at the PGA Traveler’s Championship in Connecticut. Speith shot a four-under 66 on Saturday to lead by one stroke over Boo Weekley.
