The Badger men’s basketball team rallied from a 12 point
halftime deficit to beat Oregon 85-77 at BMO Harris Bradley Center
in Milwaukee.  Frank Kaminsky led all five Badgers starters
in double figures with 19 points.  Ben
Brust hit 4 three-pointers and became the school’s leader in career three’s
made.  Wisconsin
will face either Creighton or Baylor in the West Regional Semifinals in Anaheim on Thursday

Michigan State, Dayton and UConn all advanced to the Sweet 16
win wins on Saturday.  You can hear NCAA

UW-Whitewater won the NCAA DIII Men’s basketball national
championship with a 75-73 win over Williams. 
It’s the Warhawks 2nd title in 3 seasons.

St. Norbert won the NCAA
Division III men’s hockey title with a 3-1 win over UW-Stevens Point.

 

The Badger men’s hockey team beat Ohio State
5-4 in overtime to win the Big Ten Hockey Tournament on Saturday night. 

 

The Angels beat the Brewers 9-6 in Cactus League action on
Saturday.  Kyle Lohse gave up four runs
and 8 hits in 6 innings of work.  K-Rod
gave up four runs and 3 hits in 1 inning to take the loss.  Carlos Gomez homered for the Brewers.   Milwaukee plays the Reds
this afternoon.
