The Brewers hammered the Cubs 12-4 on Saturday night at Miller Park.  Jason Rogers’ 3 run homer in a 5 run 5th
highlighted the win.  The series wraps up
on Sunday afternoon on KFIZ.

format event. Colin Ahern/ Dawson Sarauer won shamble portion with 67.

 

Fondy Invite

Fond du Lac
finished 1st at the seven team Fondy Invite at Rolling Meadows on Saturday. The Cardinals
shot a season best 326.  Elliot Nielsen
had a 76 to win the meet. Mike Barbaue carded an 80.  Jack Nejedlo’s 84 and Jack DuChateau’s 86
rounded out the Fondy scoring.

 

North Fondy Track

The Oriole track team spent their
Friday night at Titan Stadium in Oshkosh
for the “Knight Under The Lights” Invitational. There were fifteen
teams there and they faced stiff competition. Overall, the Orioles had a
fantastic night and earned twenty PR’s! Athletes earning these new personal
records were Frannie Sokolik (she PR’ed in the 100m trials and AGAIN in the
finals!), Erica Schwartz (200m), Brooke Mathes (400m), Faith Peebles (800m),
Leah Forsythe (with a MONSTER PR in the 3200m), Megan Zagar (300m hurdles), the
girls 4x100m relay (Erica Schwartz, Leah Forsythe, Nicole
Krueger, Frannie Sokolik), the girl 4x200m relay (Erica Schwartz, Nicole Krueger, Megan Zagar, Frannie Sokolik), the
girls 4x400m relay (Megan Zagar, Nicole
Krueger, Leah “I just ran a 14 second PR in the 3200m fifteen minutes
ago” Forsythe, Faith Peebles), Odin Nett (200m), Josh Stephani (200m,
400m, and triple jump), David Beenken (400m), Connor Krupp (400m), Darryl Brock
(800m), the boys 4x100m relay (Drew Patel, Caleb Catt, Jordan Ives, Jacob
Michels), the boys 4x400m relay (Odin Nett, Jordan Ives, Josh Stephani, Drew
Patel- who had an incredible last 100m kick to pass other teams), Michael
Misorski (shot), and Zach Choate (shot). 

Earning points in this large
invitational were:

in Long Jump

800m

Megan Zagar: 7th in 300m hurdles
