Sam Spranger ran for a pair
of touchdowns and returned a kickoff 69 yards for a score as St. Mary’s Springs
shutout North Fond du Lac 79-0 on Saturday
night at Fruth Field.  Cory Nies and
Tyler Wiza also returned interceptions for touchdowns as the Ledgers built a
58-0 lead at the half.  The win improves
St. Mary’s Springs to 3-0 on the season and 1-0 in the Flyway.  They host Omro next Friday at Fruth.  You’ll hear it on K107.1 presented by BCI

Winnebago Lutheran came up
just short in a 26-20 loss to Kettle Moraine Lutheran on Saturday afternoon in Jackson.  The Vikings fell behind 26-6 with 4:17 left
in the 2nd quarter and rallied to cut that lead to six late.  John Boggs’ squad saw a pair of drives in the
final five minutes of the game end with interceptions.  The Vikings outgained the Chargers 300-290 on
the day. Aaron Muche returned a kickoff 75 yards for a TD for the Vikings.  WLA drops to 2-1 overall and 0-1 in the
Flyway.  They host Laconia next Friday night.

loss at Miller Park on Saturday night.  The series wraps up Sunday afternoon.

The Badgers struggled early
but blew by Western Illinois 37-3 at Camp
Randall

afternoon.  Tanner McEvoy threw for 283
yards and 3 touchdowns.  He also ran for
a touchdown in the week.  The Badgers
will be off next Saturday before hosting Bowling
Green
