DePaul edged Marquette
57-56 at BMO Harris
Bradley Center
last night in Milwaukee.  Duane Wilson led Marquette with 19 points.  DePaul had not won at the Bradley Center
since 2000.

 

Alex Stecker’s free throw
line jumper with 3 seconds left in overtime lifted the Marian men’s basketball
team to a 72-70 win over Lakeland
at the Sadoff Gym.  Josh Creed had 22
points and 15 rebounds for the Sabres. 
Marian takes on Aurora
on Saturday.

 

The Badgers are on the road
at Penn State tonight.  Coverage begins at 6pm with the tip from Happy Valley
at 7pm on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ.

 

Aaron Rodgers has pulled out
of the Pro Bowl with an undisclosed injury. 
Rodgers has pulled out 3 of the 5 Pro Bowls he has been elected to.  The Raiders Derek Carr will replace him on
the roster.

 

The Buffalo Bills have hired
the NFL’s 1st full-time female assistant coach.  Rex Ryan has tabbed Kathryn Smith as a
special team’s quality control coach.
