10-2 on Wednesday night in Kansas City.
 Former Brewers Alcides Escobar drove in
four runs to pace the Royals.  The series
wraps up tonight.  Coverage begins at
6:35pm in KC on KFIZ.

 

The U.S. Open gets going today at Chambers
Bay in Washington
With the tournament on the west coast,  TV coverage will run into prime-time.  It’s the first year that FOX will be
televising the major. 

 

The NBA Finals between Golden
State and Cleveland
drew the most viewers since the Jordan
era.  The ratings were the highest since
Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls won their 6th title in 1998.

 

Packers coach Mike McCarthy cancelled the team’s mini-camp
workout on Wednesday for a team building exercise.  The players went clay pigeon shooting.  The team’s final mini-camp practice is
Thursday at 10:30am.   Training camp
opens up on July 30th
