The Giants completed the
three game sweep of the Brewers with a 3-1 win on Wednesday afternoon at Miller Park.  The Brewers take today off and open up a
three game weekend series against Arizona at Miller Park
on Friday night.  Milwaukee has a Major League worst 16-32
record.

The NBA Finals are set as Golden State
closed out Houston
in the Western Conference Finals 104-90. Stephan Curry had 26.  Golden
State
reaches the NBA
Finals for the 1st time since 1975.    The Warriors will host LeBron James and the
Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 1 of the Best of Seven Championship Series on June
4th in Oakland.

 

The Chicago Blackhawks forced
a Game 7 in the NHL’s Western Conference Finals with a 5-2 win over Anaheim on Wednesday
night.   They will play the winner take
all contest on Saturday night in Anaheim.  Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals is
Friday night when the New York Rangers host Tampa Bay.

 

SUNY-Cortland rallied for 5
runs in the top of the 9th to win the NCAA Division III World Series
with a 6-2 win over UW-LaCrosse on Wednesday in the Appleton Area.
