Bucks Fall To Champs In OT

LeBron James and Dwyane Wade each scored 28 points as the Miami Heat beat the Bucks 113-106 in overtime in Florida.  Brandon Jennings led the Bucks with 19 points.  Rookie John Henson added 16 in the loss for the Bucks, who drop to 6-4 on the season.

Golden Eagles Win Maui Finale

Marquette stopped USC 72-64 in the final game at the Maui Invitational on Wednesday afternoon.  Jamil Wilson led the way with 19 points.  The Golden Eagles finished 5th in the 8 team tournament.

Badgers Hoopsters Head To Vegas

The Wisconsin Badger men’s basketball team is heading to Las Vegas for a weekend tournament.  Wisconsin will pay Creighton on Friday night.  You’ll hear it on KFIZ.   Coverage begins at 8pm with the tip off at 9pm.  The Badgers will then play a 2nd game on Saturday night.

Badger Football Heads To Happy Valley

The Wisconsin Badger football team will wrap up their regular season at Penn State on Saturday.  Coverage begins at 12:30pm with the kickoff set for 2:30pm on KFIZ.

NFL Triple-Header on KFIZ

We’ve got a triple header of NFL action on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ today. Coverage begins at 11am. At 11:30am the Houston Texans and Detroit Lions kickoff from Motown. Then at 3:15pm, it’s the Redskins at the Dallas Cowboys. At about 7:30pm, the New England Patriots are at the New York Jets.

Packers @ NY Giants

The Packers will look for a little revenge on Sunday when they head to the Big Apple for a matchup with the Giants.  NY ended the Packers season last year with a playoff win at Lambeau.  This weekend’s game kicks off at 7:30pm.  Pregame coverage begins at 5pm on Sunday Night. 

Sunday NFL on KFIZ

With the Packers in Primetime, we’ll have another NFL matchup on KFIZ this Sunday.  Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks travel to Miami. Coverage begins at 11:30am with the kickoff at Noon.
