The Brewers avoided the sweep by Pittsburgh with a 9-3 win at Miller Park on Wednesday night.  Khris Davis homered and drove in a pair in the win. Aramis Ramirez and Jeff Bianchi also drove in two runs each as Wily Peralta picked up his 9th win of the season.  The benches cleared briefly in the 5th when Peralta hit Justin Morneau.  No punches were thrown.  The Brewers take today off and open up a weekend series with the Cubs at Wrigley Field on Friday afternoon.
