The Badger Men’s Basketball team had mixed results in this week’s national polls. In the AP Poll, Villanova regains the number one spot after a week off the top line. The top five is rounded out by Kansas, UCLA, Gonzaga and Kentucky. The second five includes Baylor, West Virginia, Creighton, North Carolina and Florida State.
Men’s College Basketball:

Valparaiso 80, UW-Green Bay 56
Women’s College Basketball:
Wisconsin 76, Penn State 46
Philadelphia 113, Milwaukee 104. Giannis & Jabari Parker each had 23 points in the loss, as the Bucks fall back to .500 at 20-20. Milwaukee is next in action Wednesday night at Houston.
From the NFL:
Atlanta Falcons coach Dan Quinn says All-Pro receiver Julio Jones will play in the NFC championship game despite a lingering foot injury that limited him during a divisional-round victory over Seattle. Jones has dealt with this before, and Quinn insisted Monday there’s no chance of the Falcons being without one of their offensive leaders when they host Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers for a trip to the Super Bowl. Jones will be limited in practice leading up to Sunday’s game at the Georgia Dome, but he will get some work to ensure that he’s on the same page with quarterback Matt Ryan. Despite missing two games during the regular season, Jones had 83 receptions for 1,409 yards and six touchdowns.
