Cobb Staying Put

Packers coach Mike McCarthy says that despite the risk of injury Randall Cobb will remain as the team’s top kick and punt returner this season.  Cobb’s role has increased on offense, causing some to question whether the risk of injury is too high for him to return kicks.  Cobb injured his ankle on a kick return this past Sunday.  He was able to walk into the locker room and results of the MRI showed that the injury was not series.  The Packers wrap up their regular season on Sunday at the Metrodome against the Minnesota Vikings.  The kickoff time has been switched to 3:25pm.
