The Brewers open up a quick
two game interleague series with the Cleveland Indians tonight at Miller Park.  Matt Garza comes off the disabled list to get
the start for Milwaukee.  Danny Salazar takes the mound for Cleveland.  Coverage begins at 6:35pm on KFIZ.

 

To make room for Matt Garza
on the roster, the Brewers sent pitcher Tyler Cravy down to Triple-A Colorado
Springs.

Zach Johnson birdied the 1st
two playoff holes and won the British Open on Monday at St.
Andrews
.  Johnson’s final
round 66 earned him a spot in a four hole playoff with Louis Oosthuizen and
Marc Leishman.  Jordan Spieth, looking
for the 3rd leg of the grand slam missed out on the playoff after a
bogey on #17.  Wisconsin
native Jordan Niebrugge was The Open’s low amateur, finishing tied for 6th.  That will get him into next year’s
event.  Golf’s final major comes in
mid-August when Whistling Straits in Haven, Wisconsin hosts the PGA Championship.

after a first round 73.  Other local

Green Bay Packers financial
numbers were released on Tuesday.  The
numbers showed that the Packers took in about $375 million dollars last season
including $226 million from national TV contracts.  The team ended up with a profit of $29.2
million dollars for the 2014 fiscal year.
