The Laconia and Waupun girls basketball team’s
will square off on Thursday in a WIAA Division Three Girls Basketball Sectional
Semifinal in Beaver Dam.  You’ll hear it
on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ.  Coverage begins
at 6:30pm with the tip set for 7pm.


The young Bucks flexed their
muscles last night with a 128-121 win over the Houston Rockets at BMO Harris
Bradley Center
.  Jabari Parker had a career high 36
points.  Khris Middleton added 30 and
Giannis Antetokounmpo chipped in a triple double with 18 points, 17 rebounds
and 11 assists.  The Bucks host Indiana on Wednesday


The Badger men’s basketball
team still hasn’t cracked the top 25 in either college basketball poll. UW is
26th in the Coaches and AP Poll 
is #1 in both poll.  Wisconsin
travels to Minnesota
on Wednesday night.  You’ll hear it on

The Horizon League Men’s
Basketball Tournament gets going this weekend in Detroit
Green Bay is the #4 seed and will take on
9th seeded Cleveland
on Saturday morning
at 11am.  Milwaukee
is a #5 seed and matches up with #8 Northern Kentucky
at around 1:30pm.  The Horizon League
Championship Game is a week from tonight.
