Wily Peralta’s attempt at win number 15 was stopped short by the Cubs as Chicago earned a 3-0 victory at Wrigley Field on Tuesday night. Peralta gave up three runs in 6 1/3 innings, but was offered no run support from the offense. The Brewers fall to 66-54 on the season, still in first place in the NL Central. Game three of the four game set is tonight with the coverage starting at 6:30pm on News Talk 1450 KFIZ.

Packers

Aaron Rodgers is expected to make his 2014 debut on Saturday. Rodgers missed the preseason opener at Tennessee that was played in a drenching rainstorm. Rodgers said he’s looking forward to getting work in with new center JC Tretter and the Packers’ younger receivers.

NBA

Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has officially purchased the L.A. Clippers for $2 Billion.

The NBA Schedule will be released today at 6pm. The Christmas Day schedule has already been leaked, a schedule which features LeBron James and the Cavaliers heading to Miami. The Bucks will have a game against the Knicks in London.
