It looks like the Bucks arena
deal could get done today.  Various
reports on both sides of the aisle say that they have agreed on a deal that will
pass the state legislature as early as today.


The Bucks will play the Houston
Rockets today as the tournament round begins in the Las Vegas Summer League.


LA Angels outfielder Mike
Trout led of the game with a homer as the American League doubled up the
National League 6-3 at the All-Star Game in Cincinnati on Tuesday night.  Trout became the 1st player ever
to win the game’s MVP award two straight years. 


As for the Brewers, Francisco
Rodriguez gave up 2 earned runs in the 7th.  Ryan Braun collected a pinch hit triple in
the 9th and scored a run.  The
Brewers are off until Friday when they open up a three game weekend series with
Pittsburgh at Miller Park.


About 20,000 fans showed up
at Miller Park on Tuesday to watch Atlas Football
Club stop Newcastle United 2-1 in an international soccer match.  It’s the 2nd year that an
international friendly was played in Milwaukee.


Various national reports say
that the Green Bay Packers will travel to London
to play the Jacksonville Jaguars in a regular season game in 2016.  The game would be a road game for the Packers
so home fans wouldn’t lose a game at Lambeau.


ESPN is reporting that former
Packer defensive back Jarrett Bush has been suspended four games for violating
the NFL’s PED policy.  Bush played 9
seasons for the Packers but is currently a free agent.


World’s best golfers have one
more day to prepare for the British Open. 
The 3rd major of the season is being played at historic St. Andrews
Jordan Spieth has won The Masters and U.S. Open and will be looking for
the 3rd leg of the Grand Slam.


The WIAA Summer Baseball
Tournament began with Regional action on Tuesday.  Campbellsport stopped Cedar Grove-Belgium 7-0
and New Holstein blanked Two Rivers 5-0.

today when they play Oshkosh in Sheboygan.  
The 1st pitch is set for Noon.
