Brewers Pick Up Second Win In A Row Over Diamondbacks
The Milwaukee Brewers got two home runs from Jonathan Lucroy as they beat the Diamondbacks 7-5 last night in Arizona. One of those was a grand slam during a 5-run seventh inning. Kyle Lohse got the win, his eighth of the season and K-Rod picked up his 22nd save of the season. The two teams play again tonight. Listen for the action on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ beginning at 8:05 p.m.
Rodgers Mentoring Young Receivers
Green Bay Packers Coach Mike McCarthy says Quarterback Aaron Rodgers is working with younger players at receiver and tight end during offseason workouts. Rodgers is in his 10th season with the team. McCarthy says his starting QB has handled things well during the offseason.
