Brewers Fall in Extras

Andrew McCutchen’s solo homer off of Mike Fiers in the 12th gave Pittsburgh a  4-3 win over the Brewers on Tuesday night at PNC Park.  Kyle Lohse gave up 2 runs in 5 and 2/3s innings of work.  John Axford coughed up the lead giving up a run in the 8th.  Ryan Braun had 3 hits including a pair of doubles. The series continues tonight as Yovani Gallardo takes on Wandy Rodriguez.  Coverage begins at 5:35pm on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ.

 

Brewers Talk Contract With Segura

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that the Brewers have approached the agent of shortstop Jean Segura about a long-term deal.
