Brewers centerfielder Carlos Gomez
won the National Gold at his position. 
He is the first Brewers to win the award since Robin Yount won at
shortstop in 1982.  That was the longest
gap for a team in the history of the award.

 

The Boston Red Sox can win the
World Series tonight as they host St. Louis at Fenway Park.
The Red Sox lead the best of seven series 3-2.  
John Lackey gets the start for the Bo-Sox.  Mike Wacha tries to keep the series alive for
St. Louis.  The Cardinals had to sit on their plane seven
hours before taking off to Boston
because of a mechanical issue.
