St Agnes Hospital Surgical Care Recognized
St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac is one of seven hospitals across the state the Wisconsin Department of Health Services recognized for excellent surgical care in 2016. The facilities were selected because the occurrence of surgical site infections among their patients was significantly lower than the national baseline. The recognition came during the annual Surgical Site Infection Prevention Summit in Madison, hosted by DHS and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
