Staff Turnover In NFDL School District Lower Than Average

North Fond du Lac Schools Superintendent Aaron Sadoff says they’ve been fortunate when it comes to staff turnover. He says they have a few teachers yet to hire for the new academic year. But he says according to their Director of Teaching and Learning Adam Broten their turnover rate is about 5 percent a year compared to the average rate for a district of about 13 percent. He says new staff members are excited about the opportunity and their existing staff shows them the ropes. Last week the North Fond du Lac School Board approved the hiring of Friendship Learning Center Reading Specialist Jamie Johnson.
