Sunday Travel Could Get Nasty on the Roads

Holiday travelers and deer hunters heading home Sunday could be facing some poor road conditions – especially in southern Wisconsin. Forecasters expect an accumulation of snow or wintry mixes to hit the state by the end of the weekend.
The National Weather Service is also cautioning travelers to plan ahead, especially with wind gusts up to 30 miles per hour potentially causing whiteout conditions and slippery roads.
Parts of Fond du Lac County could see anywhere from 1-5 inches of accumulated snow on Sunday.
