Supreme Court Race And Referendum

Fond du Lac County voters favored challenger James Daley to incumbent Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley in Tuesday’s election by a little over 450 votes. But Bradley got nearly 58 percent of the vote across the state to win a third term.

In the statewide referendum on the way the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is chosen residents approved the referendum, which would have justices choose a Chief Justice every two years. Fond du Lac County voters also favored that way by more than 2,800 votes.
