Suspect in Stabbing Outside of an Oshkosh Bar Takes Plea Deal

The suspect in a double-stabbing outside of an Oshkosh bar is accepting
a plea deal. Jesse McComb pleaded “No Contest” to two counts of First-Degree
Reckless Injury on Monday – which were dropped from attempted homicide charges
related to the July 1st incident.

According to the criminal
complaint, McComb became upset with a man after unsuccessfully trying to buy a
cigarette from him – and then stabbed the man and a woman nearby multiple
times. Another bar patron then punched McComb and knocked him out.

He is set to
be sentenced on January 29th
