Suspicious Incident In Waupun

Authorities in Waupun would like to talk to a person seen photographing a 1-year-old child in the 300 block of Beaver Dam Street about 3:30 Tuesday afternoon. Police say the person reporting the suspicious incident was unable to describe the driver who slowed down to photograph his toddler. But the car involved was a four-door SUV, possibly a silver-colored Mitsubishi. Police were not able to locate the vehicle in question.
