Sydney Arndt, Springs Relay, and Celina Lopez All Win State Titles in Track and Field

Numerous area athletes competed at the WIAA State Track and Field Meet over the last 2 days in La Crosse.

Fondy:

Sydney Arndt finished with a time of 14:53 in the 100 M to win the Division 1 Title. She also finished 8th in the Long Jump and 3rd in the 300M Hurdles. Matthew Rusch claimed 5th place in Shot Put. Gianna Trotter earned 11th in Discus and 12th in Triple Jump. Ally Schmitz grabbed 15th in the 800M.

Campbellsport:

Aubree Koenings got 15th in Discus. Joseph Gardner got 5th in Long Jump.

Waupun:

Jacob Abel got 10th in Long Jump and 4th in Triple Jump. Lydia Aalsma took 3rd in the 400M.

Springs:

Nolan Boudry took 9th in Shot Put. Riley Walters, Izzy Coon, Isabel Baker, Grace Coon rushed to a State Title in the 4×100 and 2nd in the 4×200. Henry Dennis got 8th in the 400M and 7th in the 800M. Izzy Coon took 3rd in Long Jump. Sydney Pitz, Zosia Rusniaczek, Amelia Brinkley, and Sophie Norton took 11th in the 4×800.

Ripon:

Celina Lopez won the State Title in Triple Jump and got 2nd in Long Jump. Cameron Hahn took 5th and Noah Hanson got 15th in Shot Put.

WLA:

Michael Hendrix got 5th in 300M Hurdles. Kaiden Schmitz got 12th in Shot Put.
