Teen Charged in FDL Accidental Shooting

A Fond
du Lac teenager is facing several charges, including first-degree
recklessly endangering safety, after accidentally shooting another teen in the
arm while cleaning an AK-47 last weekend. 18-year old Trenton Hammarlund is
being held on $7,500 cash bond. 

Hammarlund was also caught with several
containers filled with marijuana, over $7,000 cash, and over 100 prescription
pills. That discovery also led to charges of possession with intent to deliver
THC, possession of illegally obtained prescriptions, and possession of drug
paraphernalia. 

He could face nearly 23 years in prison if convicted on all
charges. A preliminary hearing is set for December.
