Test Drive A Ford For The United Way Today

Area residents are invited to drive a new Ford car or truck and give the United Way at the same time in Fond du Lac today. Holiday Ford will be providing about 15 news Ford cars and trucks for test drives with $20 for each test drive going towards the Fond du Lac Area United Way. Joe Truesdale of Holiday Automotive says one of those new vehicles is the Fusion Energy, which they are really excited about. The Drive 4 UR Community test drives will be at the Fives Giddings & Lewis parking lot at the corner of Johnson and Macy from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The goal is do 300 test drives, which would mean the United Way would get $6,000. Truesdale says Holiday is all about giving back to the community. United Way Executive Director Tina Potter says they have outstanding community partners like Holiday. She says the United Way hopes to raise $745,000 this year.
