Theresa Man Arrested For 4th OWI

43-year old Jeremy A Garbisch, from Theresa, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Fond du Lac Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, his 4th offense.

A trooper with the Wisconsin State Patrol was on routine traffic patrol when they observed a grey, Chevy Trailblazer traveling southbound on Highway 67 in the area of I41.

The trooper observed the vehicle as it entered I-41 and headed south, traveling the wrong way on the northbound off-ramp.

The trooper followed the vehicle up the ramp with their emergency lights and siren activated. Before they reached the through lanes
of I-41, the driver was able to turn his vehicle around and pull over to the shoulder. After approaching the vehicle, the trooper noticed an odor of intoxicants and evidence that the driver was impaired.

The driver completed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was subsequently placed under arrest for Operating While Intoxicated – Fourth Offense. After a blood draw, the driver was transported to the Dodge County Jail, and ultimately was transported from the jail by valid unknown driver.
