Three Arrested In Oshkosh Armed Robbery And Fatal Shooting

Three men have been arrested for the armed robbery that resulted in the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old Appleton man in Oshkosh on November 5th. Cashmiere Hill was shot on Waugoo Avenue and was taken to a local hospital where he died. Oshkosh Police have arrested two Oshkosh men, ages 25 and 28-years-old, and a 21-year-old Appleton man. Party to a crime of armed robbery charges have been referred against each man to the Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office.
