Two Injured In Clyman Deck Collapse

Two Clyman residents were seriously injured when the deck of an upper residential apartment collapsed Saturday morning. Dodge County Sheriff’s officials say a 46-year-old woman and 40-year-old man walked out on the deck when it collapsed beneath them sending them to the concrete driveway below. The woman was taken to Beaver Dam Community Hospital and later was flown to Aurora Summit Hospital. The man was also flown to Aurora Summit. Investigators spoke to the owner of the building at 962 Main Street and were told the deck had been inspected two years ago. The incident was reported just before nine Saturday morning.
