UW Extension Also Affected By Proposed Realignment
The UW-Fond du Lac is not the only entity that would see some changes with a proposed merger between UW Colleges and UW Institutions. Northeastern Region Executive Officer and Dean Martin Rudd says the UW Cooperative Extension would also be merged with the UW-Madison. That includes the 4-H Youth Development and the Conference Center including the one in Madison would be aligned with the UW-Madison. Other divisions of the UW Extension will be integrated with the UW System Administration to continue the statewide role they have. Under the proposed merger the UW-Fond du Lac and Fox Valley would be aligned with the UW-Oshkosh.
