UW-LaCrosse Offers Refunds; Will Others Follow?

Some good news if you have kids that attend college in LaCrosse. UW-La Crosse is refunding its students as a result of COVID-19. Vice Chancellor Bob Hetzel says the University will refund more than $5,000,000 in housing, dining and parking fees.

Around 90 students are still on the campus, after classes were moved online to help stop the spread of the virus. Hetzel says if those students decide to leave, they will also receive the refunds. No word yet on if any other state schools will follow suit.
