Water Main Break At Forest Mall

A
water main broke at Forest Mall in Fond
du Lac on Thursday morning, leaving standing water through
a portion of the facility.  Fond du Lac
Fire Chief Peter O’Leary told KFIZ News that they were called by the water
utility just after 7am to alert them that all of the water, including fire
hydrants were turned off while the issue was being fixed.  O’Leary says that some of the electrical service
equipment was in the floor, which could have caused an issue.  The mall is closed for the day.
