Waupun Man Charged With Child Sexual Assault
Bond was set at $100,000 cash when a 26-year-old Waupun
man was charged in Dodge County Court Friday for allegedly having inappropriate
contact with a child. Robert Moungey’s wife Cassandra Scheuers was charged
earlier this week and he’s facing the same charge 1st degree sexual assault of a
child under the age of 12. He’s charged as being party to the crime. She
provided police with a note claiming the two of them had inappropriate contact
with an infant and toddler. The note also alleged Moungey had pornographic
images of minors on his computer. He has a preliminary hearing Thursday. She’s
back in court for a status hearing next month.
