Waupun Man Convicted on Child Pornography Charges

A Waupun man is convicted after police found explicit images of minors on his computer. Timothy Hilt pleaded No Contest to three felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography on Thursday. Seven other counts were dismissed. In May of 2017, police were tipped off by an online watch dog service that Hilt’s IP address had downloaded suggestive pictures. Hilt allowed police to search his computer – where they found hundreds of images of child porn. He is set to be sentenced in November.
