Waupun School Bomb Threat

Waupun Schools Superintendent Tonya Gubin says a call was made at 12:42 this morning to the Waupun Police Department stating that a person was told there was a bomb was at the Junior/Senior High School.  The police department along with the administrators did a thorough check of the building at 4 a.m.  Nothing was found and nothing was out of place.  Gubin says there buildings are safe.  All buildings are locked and secure at night.  In addition, there are cameras that allow administration to monitor all areas of the building.  She says buses ran on time; however, today is a scheduled late start for the district.  Parents were given the option to keep their children at home from any of the schools in the district today.
