Waupun Woman Pleads “Not Guilty” in Overdose Death Case

A Waupun woman says she is “not guilty” of charges related to an overdose death. 38-year old Jackie Meyer faces one felony count of First Degree Reckless Homicide for allegedly supplying heroin and cocaine that led to the death of another woman in August of 2016. Meyer faces up to forty years in prison on the homicide charge. She was also convicted on felony heroin possession charges in Washington County in the past – and could have an extra six years added to her sentence for being a repeat offender.
