West Bend Man Arraigned On Reckless Endangerment Charges

A 24-year-old West Bend man who tried to shoot two police officers last October was arraigned in Washington County Court this week. Kody Konzal pled not guilty to two felony counts of first degree recklessly endangering safety by the use of a dangerous weapon.  Charges stem from an incident in West Bend where police responded to a report of shots being fired. During the incident he allegedly pointed a handgun at two officers, but it jammed when he tried to fire it. He will be back in court on April 26th.
