WI Sets One-Day Record For COVID-19 Vaccinations

Wisconsin set a one-day record for coronavirus vaccinations Thursday. 22-thousand, 72 vaccinations is a new high for a 24-hour period. More than 285-thousand vaccines have been administered in Wisconsin so far. People age 65 and older can start getting shots Monday, but the Department of Health Services is asking for patience due to the slow rollout of doses from the federal government. Wisconsin gets about 70-thousand doses of the COVID-19 vaccine each week, and that may not change before mid-to-late February.
