Wisconsin Covid-19 Vaccine Doses Administered Passes Ten Million Mark

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services announced Monday that the number of Covid-19 vaccines given has passed the ten million mark in Wisconsin This includes 2.5 million additional and booster doses.

This brings the number of Wisconsinites that have completed their Covid-19 vaccine series past 60% with 35% receiving a booster dose.

Governor Tony Evers said “This is a tremendous milestone for Wisconsin and we couldn’t have gotten here without the hard work of everyone involved.”

This news comes at the same time that positive Covid-19 cases are steadily climbing, with 35,000 cases being reported the last week of July. The highest number since February of this year.
